I believe this is a Blue Morpho butterfly. The photo was taken at Butterfly World (Coconut Creek, FL) in March 2021. When it sits with its wings folded, it's just a very common brown, but once it unfurls its wings, it reveals its beautiful electric blue with black edges coloring. It's really quite flashy. This one is sitting on a concrete floor with shadows of the trees in the enclosure.
