This feature in Park Güell, Barcelona is called the Laundry Room Portico. Per the official description of this feature, it "adopts the shape of a great wave atop slanting columns, with a double colonnade that acts as a buttress". It does feel like being inside a huge wave that is about to crash into the shore, and is a fine example of Antoni Gaudi's work.
